Suicide or Manslaughter by Negligence?
The tragic case of a teenage girl who ended her life before the math exam in the National Assessment, due to exam stress and consumption of energy drinks.
Defapt.ro published the following news: “Tragedy caused by the National Assessment: a teenage girl committed suicide before the math exam.”
Kids, I’ve told you before—stop drinking Hell and other energy drink junk. These substances have a strong impact on the human psyche, and in high-stress moments like a major exam, when combined with chronic conditions caused by the consumption of energy drinks, coffee, green tea, etc., and genetic neurochemical vulnerabilities, psychosis can set in.
And that psychosis often leads to suicide.
What the hell is this Romanian state doing? Just sitting around and stealing? It seems like the Ministries of Education and Health are full of impostors, who bear moral responsibility for this suicide.
This suicide should be seen as a form of homicide or at least manslaughter by negligence, committed by a corrupt and incompetent Romanian state—a murder whose victim is yet another teenager who had no way of knowing, except from school, that energy drinks are dangerous for the mind. And the Ministry of Health had a duty to ban them.
And this girl is not the first Romanian to die from the incompetence and wickedness of a bloated, corrupt state. There are thousands of people who die in underfunded, unsanitary hospitals due to PSD's theft, people who die in road accidents because of insufficient infrastructure, young people who burn alive in nightclubs due to the corruption of PSD mayors, etc.
Yet no one speaks for these forgotten dead.
Just like no one could protect this young girl, whose only mistake was being born in Romania.
